Why is it important to start your day in the best possible way and How can you start your day with positive energy?

Many people wake up angry because they believe nothing is working for them.

Others don’t even see any reason for their existence, hence they approach every morning with heavy hearts and gloomy faces.

1. It Helps You Remain Happy Throughout The Day


One of the things my mum often tells me while I was a kid is: “The way you start your day  determines what happens throughout the day” 

Though it sounds funny and superstitious, it has proven to be the truth. 

The manner in which you begin a new day is more or less like setting  a foundation for the rest of the day.

Therefore, starting your day in a grateful and happy mood will go a long way in making you happy throughout. 


2. It Helps You Stay Focus  and Dedicated


Starting your day in the right manner helps you remain focus throughout the day.

It does not only make you feel happy but also prepares you for the tasks ahead.

You get this feeling that you’re ready and willing to complete all daily tasks.

3. It Makes You More Organized

Approaching every day in the right attitude isn’t just about being happy, it includes creating an organized To-do list. 


This will undoubtedly make you more organized throughout the day because you know what to do and how to settle them. 


How To Start A New Day In A Positive Way

1. Appreciate Being Alive

Being alive is mostly underrated by most people, especially those who think life isn’t worth living.

Waking up in the morning is a testament that you have been given another chance to make things work for you, so appreciate it.

Thank God for life, appreciate people who have been source of help in one way or another.


Don’t overlook the importance of appreciation, it will help you keep the right people you need for your transformation.

2. Happiness Is A Must Not Choice 

It is said that happiness is a choice, and but I’m saying it’s a must-have attribute. 


Happiness isn’t what you chase because “chasing after happiness won’t make you happy.”

Instead, you must cultivate and sustain the act of being happy, irrespective of the challenges you face. 

3. Work With An Obtainable To-do List 

What is a To-do list? Just as the name implies, to-do list consists of things or tasks to achieve every day. 

It’s not enough to write bulk of things to do, ensure you work with it throughout the day. 

Don’t deceive yourself by writing hundreds of tasks you know they are unachievable in three days.  

Instead, list simple and important tasks you have a brighter chance of achieving within 13 hours.
